From Maui, to CA North and South,
The staff has been friendly and helpful; the cars were ready when I arrived and were not only sparkling clean, but were newer and much nicer than I'd anticipated. The rates have been extremely reasonable, the value great. But, possibly the best part, both times I had fuel-efficient hybrid vehicles, which I sincerely appreciate.
Typically, you need to plan a good chunk of time to get through lines, go over paperwork, deal with agents trying to up-sell.
