Been using them for years, fairly quick but you truly never know when the cab will arrive. It's always "be right there" then most of the time they are there within 15 minutes at most. If it's Friday or Saturday naught you could be waiting up to an hour, that's due to their only being 2 taxi services in Rockland. I've noticed that Joes is more friendly and tends to arrive quicker than the other company. I always call joes first!

My husband just saw a cab driver picking up a VERY elderly lady. Instead of helping her to unload her groceries he continued talking on his phone. My husband stopped helped her unload then came home to repeat the story. I just called the company only to be told if he exited his cab and got injured the would be liable for the drivers injuries. I can't believe we live in a society that can't help the elderly without thinking about liabilty issues. I will make sure not to recommend them to anyone from now on!!

Very Ignorant and rude... was willing to pay 20 dollars to go to Camden for a Wedding from Rockport and said its awful expensive ride and pretty much was like i dont like the sounds of that!!! VERY IGNORANT WOULD NEVER CALL AGAIN WOULD RATHER WALK!!!!!!!!
